In The House – Teacher Training Program
Let's Get the Word Out!
Our church is in the process of doing a IN THE HOUSE teacher training program. This training has been one of our most successful and productive programs we have ever had. What makes this training unique is all the training can be specific to problems or situations that occur within our own classrooms (hence, In the house). The teachers filled out a questionnaire several weeks prior to training, stating topic we need to cover that would help her/him in there classroom teaching. We got topics from discipline to room set-up. Once the tropics were received the leaders met decided their strong points and developed a teacher training. These topics have been well covered prior to regular service times. It’s been a great success!! by Brenda Clayburn
