Partner with a local nursing home for each child to adopt a Grandparent. Each child first goes to the nursing home to meet their assigned "Adoptive Grandparent", then sends cards, letters, etc during the year to their AG. Take children to local grocers, Wal-mart etc during the Christmas Season to carol to customers. Allow the children to pass out candy canes with the Candy Cane Story on them along with your church information (location, etc.).
