Are you having a good summer?
It’s half over. What have you been doing? Are you remembering all that you are seeing and feeling around you this summer?
Maybe you have been to a special park, or swimming in a clear lake or stream.
In the summer we take notice of the blue sky more because it’s so nice outside.
As you get older you pay closer attention to the beauty around you. You’re never too young to notice the beautiful world around you.
King David reminds us in one of his Psalms, Number 24, verse 1 "The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it."
We remember this mid summer day "That the earth is the Lord’s." and also that we belong to him.

Prayer-Dear Lord, Thank you for the beauty around us, help us to understand that the world belongs to you, as do we. Amen
