To bring home the visual of how big the ark was I premeasure wrapping ribbion to the width, hight, and lenght of the ark.Then we attach one end of the ribbion to a cone and then unravel until you reach the other end. Attach this end to your second cone. Repeat the process with the width and then use helium balloons to send the ribbons to the required height. We then sit in the ark and review the story,and how long it took to build. The kids will always remember just how long, tall and wide the ark was.

Teaching the Story of Lazarus Using a Dead Fish
My husband had gone fishing and forgot to refrigerate his fish. This happened just before I was set to teach in our VBS the story of Lazarus.
