What to Pray About - Lesson with Lota Bowl

We need to be praying all throughout the day, a whole lot more than what we do. Ephesians 6:18 says, "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints." Sometimes, though, you may not take much time in prayer because you don’t know what to pray about. Let’s say you start to pray, (Pour first time.) and pray only for what you need–like help on a test a school or healing from your cold. That might take you about 5 minutes.
