Making Bible Memorization Fun

Pupils learn more when they enjoy what they are doing. Making Bible memorization a fun experience ensures pupils develop a positive attitude toward God’s Word.

Memorization should not be an isolated activity. Use a verse in varied ways with the framework of the pupil’s total learning activities. As the pupils have repeated contacts with the verse, they will memorize it, almost without realizing what they are doing.

With all the work I have been doing on the new Inspiration Vault recently, it has had me thinking about the topic of inspiration. I want to challenge you with this simple and yet profound thought! Most ideas come by inspiration not calculation.

Are you an inspired children’s minister? Or, maybe you feel the inspired has expired. Take a long look at yourself today. From where are your inspirations for ministry coming? Too many times we are so caught up in the administrative aspects of the ministry that our spiritual inspiration tends to become a wasteland.
