Scripture Clues

Scripture Clues

Each Sunday, in our Children’s Church time, we present the children with a scripture clue.

Here’s how it works. They receive a clue about something in the Old Testament, or New Testament. The clue is about a person, a place, or an event. We let them know which one it’s from.(O.T. or N.T.)

They are to remember the clue, and go home to research out where in the Bible it shows that clue. If they feel they’ve found the correct answer to solve the clue, then they let us know the next week. » I want to read more! »

Alphabet Scavenger Hunt

Alphabet Scavenger Hunt

This scavenger hunt only requires a great imagination and knowing your ABC’s. The kids are divided into even groups. They must find one article that starts with each letter of the alphabet. The first team to return with all the items wins! All ages can play this fun game. It can be played anywhere but is especially fun outdoors where they have lots of room to roam and teams can’t see what each other is doing. Make sure you send a leader with each team! by Vonda Hazzard
